What is Qigong Movement?
Qigong movement is a simple technique that can greatly increase your health
and quality of life.
In only 15 minutes a day you can...
- Slow the aging process
- Relieve pain and fatigue
- Clear the effects of stress
- Improve your health
- Look younger
Sound interesting? If so, please read on...
This technique is based on literally thousands of years of direct experience
about how to increase and optimize energy in the body. Qigong (pronounced, "Chee
Gong") has been used in the Orient as a health-building practice for thousands
of years.
I've practiced and taught Qigong for almost 35 years and I can say that its
effects can sometimes seem miraculous. My original teacher still practices daily
and even though he is over 85 years old, he is still vital and active. Just ask
his 20-year-old daughter or his 48-year-old wife.
Qigong can be practiced by almost anyone... young or old, strong or weak, in
shape or not. The only limitation is your willingness to take a short 15 minutes
out of your day to improve the quality of the other 23 hours and 45 minutes.

Bring Increased Energy, Clarity & Balance to Your Life Every Day
Therapeutic exercises have been a part of the Oriental Healing Arts for over
4,000 years. Depending on your state of health, life circumstances and other
variables, there are a variety of powerful health-building exercises that can be
included in your personal care regimen.
These movements, called Qigong (pronounced "Chee Kung"), are gentle, easy to
practice and have long-lasting health and longevity benefits when practiced
regularly.
These can be learned as part of your regular office visit along with
Acupuncture, Medical Qigong and herbal consultations. Or, if you prefer, you may
schedule time for an individual session to learn these movements.
Dr. Bruce Eichelberger has over 38 years experience practicing and teaching
these gentle yet powerful exercises.
